Customer service is very unprofessional.
When I called customer service to inquire about the Phillips UHS-1-card. The customer service representative had the television up very loud in the background. I had to ask her to turn down the television so that we could continue our conversation, she hung up on me. I called back within minutes and spoke to another representative whom had dogs barking and alarm clocks going off. I had to inform both representatives how to conduct business while at home.
This is not how you run a business.
