They are scam artists. I backed out of an order; I never finalized it. I did this because I read the reviews and decided not to order them. They processed the order anyway. They don't respond to my request for a return lable and to be reimbursed for these items I didn't order. Please don't order from this company. I'm contacting the US AG office to make them aware.
