I discovered Nice Dreams and Good Vibes early in 2022. They work for me. I have arthritic knees and I've always had trouble sleeping through the night. Since I discovered this product, I almost always sleep a complete 8 hours (minus the old guy potty break). I don't wake up with my thoughts racing about work or other issues. The shots that my orthopedist gave me for my knees were supposed to last three months. They've lasted more than nine months now but, I will have to get them again soon. And then I tried the Cruise Chews and my sleep improved even more. Before Uncle Tommy came along I was toking three or four solid hits while drinking two hefty glasses of wine every night.
