I have been using this since 12/21 and aware by it. I’m very active and 50 years old, CrossFit, Pickleball, softball and just good old hard work. The few times I have forgot to order it I feel in in my joints almost immediately. I am not a meds type of person so it took me a good long while to take anything for the annoying pains of age.
