Better than expected. My wife and I split one to try for the first time. I have learned from past experience to start slow I can always take more if needed. It wasn't needed half a gummy was perfect. It started with a kind of creeping whole body high then my wife went to take a little nap she had PT that day for her RA it kind of wears her out. I was nice and relaxed I joined her for a nap at 1:30 we woke up at 5. I wasn't tired but I laid down and drifted off for a nice nap and no foggy medicine head when we got up. Will definitely be ordering more.
