I started out with Cruise Chews and went on to Tommy's Good Vibes Protocol. These 66-year-old bones are happy! Just ordered my second jar of the Cruise Chews ... they are mighty tasty (!) and I only need 2 for a very pleasant evening. I save them for Friday nights. Just started the Good Vibes and Nice Dreams yesterday so only one complete round done and I already skipped the Arthritis Strength Tylenol dose today! FAST! And it tastes great too!
