I love the Nice Dreams product. When I take it at bedtime, I sleep without the 60-year-old pain keeping me awake. And unlike other PM products, I am not foggy the next morning. I wake up refreshed. Some days I use Good Vibes for a little pick-me-up. I share these wonderful products with my family and they love it too.
