Before Sweet Dreams drops I would wake up during the night and could not go back to sleep. Now I can get right back to sleep and 'perhaps to dream'. And yet I do not feel dopey or drowsy after taking it. Don't know why, it just works and has made a big difference in my energy levels. (Good sleep does that.) The product always arrives well packaged, no damage and on time.
