The Cruise Chews are great. I have bone on bone on both knees,the cheese help with the pain. Plus I have arthritis,the Cruise Chews help with the pain.My job can be stressful at times and the cheese help me to unwind. Night work isn't easySleep has improved also with Cruise Head.
