The Cruise Shews are great! Generally I'll have one in the morning that lets me do whatever I have to do without too much pain from my peripheral neuropathy, then one in the afternoon (if needed) for the same purpose. Then one about an hour before bed to clear my mind, focus on tomorrow, and get a good night's rest. I'm retired so the same course of action may not be right for everyone reading but it works for me. I should note that these chews taken the way I take them do not get me 'STONED'. They just help with the nerve pain, and kinda level the playing field in my brain.
