5 Stars (out of five) for Nice Dreams as a sleep aid.
The best non-narcotic, non-addictive, natural sleep aid on the market. It really works, and does not have any morning aftereffects. My wife and myself have been using this for a couple of years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this product.
