I get the chews because that helps me relax enough at the end of the day to fall asleep faster. I also got the Captains Choice for my youngest dog for the 4th of July fireworks around the neighborhood. She isn't a year old yet and she is a miniature Australian shepard who is wound up like an 8 day clock. She was relaxed and only heard one woof out of her for the whole night!
