Not what I was expecting not near strong enough and yes followed instructions but not worth the money. The delta 9’s help just as much when eaten enough. But what little bit it did help I lilies just not strong enough. Yes I smoke a lot of weed just can’t make my own getting a divorce have to use what is available to me and cheapest.
