I use both drops and gummies to help with pain relief. I use the drops first thing, when I get up. It gives me almost instantaneous relief of my aches and pains. Especially on bad weather days. I use Cruise Chews for longer duration pain relief through out the day. Your nano drops and cruise chews are the best I have found.
