I have been taking Nice Dream’s for almost a year and I LOVE ❤️ IT!! I take it 30 - 60 minutes before I go to bed. MY WIFE GETS UP SET WITH ME BECAUSE ONCE MY HEAD HITS MY PILLOW I’M KNOCKED OUT SLEEPING 🛌 😴😴😴😴😴 within 5 minutes.
The 2nd thing I LOVE ❤️ about Nice Dreams is I ALWAYS wake up before my 5:30 am alarm ⏰ goes off. When I get up I have a lot of energy!! as well 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼
