I tried the cruise chews because I have COPD , Congestive heart failure, Grave disease, Afib , RM and TED. Some cocktail right, lol and the chews do help with sleep and a little pain relief. A little pricey for a person on fixed income but worth it. I really want to try the nano chews when they are back in stock so please let me know. I am a long time fan of yours.
