I was hoping these would help alleviate chronic headaches, but unfortunately they had no effect. I'm not sure if taking more than one at a time would be OK, so I've only taken one at a time, but I get absolutely NO effect from them at all. They do taste really good tho. And I'm sure they work better for some folks than others. We're all different. I sure wish they had worked for me.
