I use it more as an aid to fall asleep. Don't notice anything else. I also give my dog 1/2 a gummie for her anxiety. It does tone her down a tad so she is a little less reactive. She is a rescue who had a terrible previous life. High anxiety and fear of people. She will not let anyone approach her.
