My overall experience I would say microdosing has made a major positive impact on my mental health. I was more calm, thoughts weren't racing as bad, I could focus alot better. I forgot to stop taking them for a while and I just noticed that I'm worrying more, stressed more, racing thoughts. Needless to say I have a couple left I started taking them again and I'm ordering another bottle! I would much rather do natural than pharmaceutical so I love this stuff!!! Thank you much love 💕
