I've had a good experience so far. I would say for me, I felt it kick in about 45 min to an hour after taking and I was nervous at that it was going to make me feel weird but it was totally fine and I had a great day! I've took another 3 days later and same experience. I am on the smaller side so I'm not sure if most feel it kick in but I sure do!
