I’ve had these capsules for longer than I should have by now because I suck at taking pills regularly. But I was using them every 2-3 days and I found as someone who was on heavy duty pharmaceutical meds for almost 3 years that these helped my mood and overall mental health quicker and way better than all the meds I was on did. I’m making them part of my routine again to finish off this bottle, feel better again and buy another one. I’m definitely a huge fan of them!
