Tried these after microcybin made me grogy and grumpy when I would take them. These were nothing like that. I felt very good taking these and it definitely increased my mood. Everything feels lighter and easier while taking these. I did not take them every 3 days though I did every day and sometimes 3 or 4 in a day 😅 . I would recommend
