Prompt delivery of items and reasonable delivery costs. I live in the north of Scotland and the delivery cost was, I think, the same as the rest of the UK, which made a nice change.
I purchased models and paint all of which were at very competitive prices. The paint was a lot cheaper than most of the larger chains of shops.
I will definitely use this shop again.
