My initial order was accepted by Canada Post in Edmonton on Mar 16 and then “vanished”.I notified Customer service on Mar 25 that Canada Post had no idea where the package was and they promptly reshipped the order with no hassle conditions or charge on Mar 26. and the package has already arrived in Halifax scheduled for delivery Mar 31.This is 5 star service
