Pretty much everything from the beginning to the end. They did such a poor job editing I had to hire another editor. Then they left out about 5 chapters.
They were also supposed to do the cover art. Repeatedly I would explain what I needed, and repeatedly they would do something else. Not just something else but something nonsensical. They never did get the cover art done correctly for the hardback cover. I finally just gave up on them.
