I agree with the Review from Rik King! After paying for them to edit our first book, I basically had to re-edit the entire book! Talk about a waste of time AND money! We also had paid upfront for them to ghostwrite our 2nd book. The writer for this project was absolutely horrible. Please make sure that you only pay for one project at a time as they will NOT be willing to issue a refund for uncompleted projects that have yet to be started if you're not satisfied with the current project. I paid for 3 projects. The first ghostwriting project was an epic fail. The writer appeared to be writing in circles with no logic in the structure of the chapter. Since we were not happy with the writing we cancelled the remainder of the writing. I also cancelled other services that had not been completed, but the company informed me that they couldn't issue a refund because they can only do so if the work is not "based on your given topics, guidelines and approved outlines." So, if the writing relates to the outline, but doesn't make sense, you won't get a refund. The book cover we paid for was also not worth the money we paid for it.
