They do not provide refunds if you are not satisfied with their services, they lie and say they've issued a refunds to attempt to get you to pass your time to dispute. Then they further lie about services provided and clearly are out to take your time and money and NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING SERVICES. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY OR EVEN IF THEY PUT IT IN WRITING BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HONOR ANY OF THAT.
