They were very professional, polite, and communicative. They were also very prompt and had excellent attention to detail. They had always made sure that they understood what I needed and that they adhered to it. The writing task I needed was very personal to me and was quite a sensitive topic. They were very considerate in this regard and made sure that no limits were being crossed, yet I tried my best efforts to assure them that I was comfortable and that there were no limits to worry about so long as it served the writing purpose.
