Unreliable data connection, my internet was totally suspended for one night due to technical problems on a nearby mast, the next night the internet connection was very slow, too slow to use.
The help section in the Giffgaff app was unresponsive even when using a reliable internet connection. I'm happy that I don't have a 12 month contract and will close my new account just after 3 weeks.
