Truly amazing. There has never been a problem Gigapros couldn't help me with. and so you know, every problem to date has been mine. There has never been a problem at their end. flawless operation. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them. Easy set-up in control panel as well!
