I dealt with Rob Evans who replied to my various e-mails super promptly and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Despite ordering after the 2.30pm deadline he managed to get my amp collected that day and it arrived safely 2 days later (I live in Northern Ireland). I would certainly used GigGear again and would recommend it to my musician friends.
