Initially tried a few guitars out at the store, The guy in the guitar department was very helpful. I made my decision at home based on what I had tried in the store and ended up ordering one online as the model/colour I wanted wasn't in stock. I was kept informed by email regarding expected delivery. The Fender Stratocaster was delivered direct to me and was in perfect condition.
