I was struggling to find a case to fit my new Epiphone Emperor Swingster Royale and the guys at GigGear were really helpful in making sure they had stock of the correct item and made clear that if I had any problems at all they would happily take the item back and refund fully or help me find the right case! My new case arrived one business day later and fitted beautifully so my shiny new guitar has an equally shiny case to protect it form my clumsiness! THANK YOU GIG GEAR!!!!!!
