I went to buy an electric guitar for my son who is 10. This is his first guitar. Alex the person who dealt with us was very helpful and although the store was closing in 40 mins, he was very calm and patient. He advised us about the different options for amplifiers. We managed to get the guitar, amp and the accessories before the store closed. This made my son very happy. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with GigGear shop. I hope we will get the same level of service if we go back to them for any after sales or service issues.
