Excellent service - delivered within 24 hours of order- have not opened box but essentially you have offered an excellent deal. One point i would make is that the guitar casing is highly visible and my son( who the guitar is for) answered the door to the delivery man which sort of killed the Christmas Day surprise! I might suggest the the packages displaying their contents should be covered so as not to reveal what is inside
