The knowledge and helpfullness of the staff at GigGear has always been of a very high standard. If you're not sure about something, they don't assume you are an instrument/music expert and make you feel stupid for not knowing something.
Also, the range of instruments/peripherals they have in stock is fantastic. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
