The knife is a beautiful and sharp but it does not cut straight. It seems to be off-balance. We were also disappointed of the service we got when we ordered the knife. We had to contact the company to find out why we had not received it after a month. Spoke to several different reps including email and it seemed like no one knew what was going on. It appeared to us that they knew there was an issue, but never reached out to us to confirm the order. Shortly after we did receive our knife.
