I originally ordered four t-shirts, one adult and three t-shirts so that we could feel more part of the games when attending the gymnastics in July. A couple of month after the full amount came off my credit card I contacted them as no items or contact had been received. I was told that two of the t-shirts were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be back in so these items were cancelled a refund received. A few months after this the remainder two t-shirts still hadn't arrived nor had any contact been made so I had to make contact to see what happened to the order. To my dismay I was also told that these were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be back in so now this order was cancelled. I am utterly disappointed at my experience with the purchasing of merchandise that would have made the experience that little bit more special. I would still be interested in buying some merchandise, however this service has unfortunately put me off.
