I was very impressed with the delivery time. Disappointed at the quality of the backpacks, not sure how long they will last. They're being sent to New Zealand as birthday presents for two very sporty children, who I'm sure will be thrilled with them. However, I doubt that they will have them for very long due to the poor quality of the material.
