CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONED AND DIDN'T SEEM TO THINK IT WAS A PROBLEM. no rapid solution to problem when 1 was missing from a gift set at a specific event - delivery sometime next week .... not a cheap item for us as now we only have 1incomeand we had been enthused after our Clydesider orientation - now we have worries about supporting this brand. our parcel was marked as complete and no apology was given
