I ordered 4 T-shirts as gifts. 3 arrived in perfect condition and I was really happy with them. 1 was soiled and I had to send it back. When I finally got through to the helpline (after trying on 3 different days) they were very helpful. When my replacement for my stripy polo shirt arrived it was frustrating to find a self coloured round neck T-shirt! It wasn't even close to the order! Looking on the bright side I now knew the drill for sending it back and didn't waste time or money on the phone. I now have what I originally ordered but it was frustrating to have to get to a post office twice to organise. I hope I was just unlucky!!?
