Products are great but communication very poor. I ordered two mugs, two mini Clydes & a set of laces. Because the laces were not in stock nothing was sent until I queried it. I was then told that nothing would be sent until the out of stock item was available. Apparently orders cannot be split! I had ordered the items as presents for Easter but due to this did not receive until I cancelled the laces - eventually received on 28th April. This is pretty disappointing overall.
