Simple process ordering as you would expect from an online shop. Order placed on Wednesday. Email containing shipping tracking information sent out on the Thursday. Following the tracking it appears my order was picked up on the Friday and they tried to deliver to a closed office Saturday so will re-deliver on Monday.
I would have preferred a cheaper shipping option even if it were to take longer. £4.50 shipping charge when I have spent just over £100 is a bit cheeky.
