On-line Order system was fine but when the wrong goods arrived, I was not happy. I spoke to customer services and they advised me to send incorrect goods back (more hassle) and they will then dispatch correct goods. I did stress that I needed the goods by 13 June for a birthday present and the girl I spoke to said that she would dispatch correct goods before receipt back of incorrect goods.
Nothing so far! Not much confidence in them at the moment!
