Intially I was annoyed at having to return the faulty rugby shirt I had ordered .I could not understand why I had to e-mail a picture of the faulty material and await instruction before I could return and order another one.
However, after further e-mails and telephone conversations with Customer Services I did receive good service,on a needs led basis,and a new shirt arrived just in time for the surprise birthday gift I had planned.
I do now hope that I receive a refund of the registered postage required to return the faulty goods!!!
