Unfortunately, when I ordered my 4 T-shirts online the site did not tell me that one was out of stock and, due to some sort of failure with their emails, I did not receive a confirmation email and subsequent email saying the T-shirt was out of stock until it was too late to amend my order (by several days) and so I had to pay another hefty delivery charge to have a different T-shirt sent-this is not what I expect when buying clothes on line.
