I received no email to confirm the order. In addition to this when my order arrived by post I was two t-shirts short. I could find nothing within the package to explain this, other than the delivery note which was showing the 2 t-shirts which was what was in the package. The was no note to say there was a package to follow or any explanation. I had to go onto my internet banking to discover I had been refunded for the price of two t-shirts which I had to deduce meant they had gone out of stock...communication would have been appreciated!!
