Ordered two t-shirts (30th June) and received no confirmation. Only found out one wasn't coming as I had a refund in my bank account. Tried to login to check order but there was no such facility on the website. Emailed about it and was told that an email had been sent out about the refund on 1st of June (a month before I ordered) and it must have gone in my junk folder. Checked all folders and there was definitely no email sent. Very poor communication all round so will be ordering replacement t-shirt elsewhere.
