Our order was placed on 5/6/2014 and it still hasn't arrived (7/7/2014). You are a disgrace to Britain's reputation, as well as our family's. We purchased gifts to send to our children living in Oz (the Commonwealth) but it's all too late now.
Your apology 'script' in response to phone calls is seriously inadequate and your shop is professionally incompetent when their last excuse was that you haven't unwrpaped the goods yet?!
