I recently purchased a keyring from your website and on my first attempt it said order failed, please try again which I did a further two times! I then emailed you to check that I had not been charged 3 times and to ask how I coulld order a keyring. I had a very quick response saying that I had in fact been charged 3 times and that I would receive a refund for the 2 extra charges and that my keyring would be sent out to me.
I have since received both my keyring, which is lovely and my refund, which I am glad was a quick and easy process.
My problem was very quickly rectified, so I am very pleased with the customer service that I received, but I think that you need to look into your webiste ordering system, to ensure that this does not keep happening to your customers.
